Our real estate agents always adhere to all guidelines regarding safety, hygiene and social distancing during real estate visits and on-site appointments.
This is only possible in cooperation with you as a visitor.
That is why we ask every visitor to provide their own mouth mask so that the visit can proceed safely and without risk.
Before each visit, we will briefly explain the guidelines to each visitor.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN GUIDELINES?
For prospective buyers and tenants during site visits:
Are you sick or exhibiting symptoms?
Stay home and cancel the appointment by notifying us as soon as possible.
Never go on a visit without an appointment.
Wait outside or in the car until the real estate agent indicates that you can come in.
Do not shake hands.
Please bring your own mask!
Always keep 1.5 meters away.
Always disinfect your hands before the visit.
Our real estate agents have alcohol gel available on site.
Please do not touch anything during the visit.
Our real estate agents will open all doors, windows and cabinets themselves, etc ...
A visit can be max. 2 persons and within the anticipated time span
No printed documents will be handed over during the visit for hygienic reasons.
For residents / owners during site visits:
Is someone at your home showing symptoms?
Ask the real estate agent to cancel the appointments.
Do not shake hands.
Leave home during the visit. If this is not possible, make sure that social distancing is applied at all times. In that case, for example, go in the garden or at least stay in the same room as much as possible. If possible, wear a mouth mask.
In the case of photo recordings, location descriptions, etc ... the contractor (broker, photographer, expert ...) may be accompanied by a maximum of one person.
